Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Regularly inspect, clean, lubricate, and perform scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment to prevent breakdowns and maximize lifespan.Diagnose malfunctions in machinery, identify faulty components, and perform repairs using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.Accurately record maintenance activities, repairs performed, and equipment status.Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.Maintenance Operator Qualifications:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment issues efficiently.Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment relevant to industrial maintenance.Candidates must be willing to train for and operate CNC machines.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
