The Specialist, Maintenance Parts is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of maintenance parts and supplies. This role ensures that the maintenance department has the necessary parts and materials to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Parts Clerk will also be responsible for tracking inventory levels, ordering new supplies, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ Maintain accurate inventory records of all maintenance parts and supplies.
+ Source and order maintenance parts and supplies from approved vendors communicate vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
+ Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
+ Coordinate with maintenance technicians to identify and fulfill parts and supply needs.
+ Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure parts and supplies are available for scheduled maintenance activities.
+ Ensure that all parts and supplies are stored in a safe and organized manner.

**You bring**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
+ Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
+ Experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
