Maintenance Planner
Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Plant team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective maintenance plans for manufacturing operations. You will coordinate maintenance projects, analyze work order effectiveness, and implement maintenance plans to minimize work delays. You will collaborate with operations teams to identify key maintenance needs, optimize shutdown periods, and create detailed maintenance plans. Additionally, you will monitor maintenance scheduling, develop audit processes, and build positive employee relations to add to the effective operations of the plant.

A Day in the Life...

• Maintains professional relationships to attain the goals of safety, quality, productivity, and cost. • Supports the alignment of maintenance and technical systems activities to ensure they are planned and executed to meet facility goals and metrics to support corporate objectives. • Work in conjunction with the Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, Operations Supervisors and other pertinent personnel in day-to-day maintenance related issues. Analyze W.O.’s issued versus time to complete to ensure constructive use of time. • Leverage computerized maintenance system (Maximo) to ensure relevant and accurate information is available for scheduling and monitoring maintenance activities. Generate and distribute maintenance work orders, PM’s, inventory control, purchase orders, etc. Track and monitor maintenance and repair schedule of equipment. Provide training in Maximo as necessary. • Responsible for ensuring job plans remain current. • Responsible for activities involved with ordering and stocking of parts to ensure availability to execute work orders and other maintenance activities. • Work with a team mindset to improve equipment reliability, optimize PMs, root cause failure analysis, condition monitoring, etc. • Participates in the planning and implementation of capital, extraordinary maintenance and routine maintenance budgets. • Support and promote food safety and quality program initiatives within the plant environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• ​​Bachelor's or Associates degree or equivalent experience • 3 years of experience in a formal maintenance supervisory, or planning role • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work constructively in team environment • Organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail skills • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) • High level computer skills (i.e: MS Office, Maximo, SAP, etc.) • Ability to work all shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays) in a 24/7 environment

Education:

Associates Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$65,500 - $87,200
