Maintenance Planner

Prioritize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and follow up all plannable and predictive maintenance work performed within the facility and/or on Lineage or customer assets including labor, parts and material, and equipment access while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork with maintenance leadership to obtain approval on all plans for maintenance work and determine resource availabilityCoordinate and communicate with appropriate maintenance vendor(s) for timely repair of equipment or assetsCommunicate resource schedule to leadership including potential facility and/or asset shutdownsMaintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System to update work orders and track accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely reports to leadershipTrack and maintain compliance program records, compliance audit action items and provide status updatesInterface with safety compliance committee and environmental resources for specific questions as needed

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide feedback on continuous operating improvement

Ensure asset and component warranties are being leveraged to mitigate spend, if applicable

May have authority to request quotes and approve repairs for services required to maintain equipment

Escalate estimate approvals once predetermined threshold has been reached, if applicable

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

High School diploma or GED

2 years’ data entry experience and/or 2 years’ fleet maintenance coordination or related experience

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suit

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines

Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail

Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed or on a rotational basis

Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
