Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Summary Description:
Ensure that the maintenance department's workforce available to carry out activities in the field and workshop is efficient enough to solve technical problems with equipment and assets. Monitor weekly schedules relating to planned corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance activities and also emergency assistance. Define with the PCM team the priorities for action on equipment, its spare parts, processes or criticality of events, articulating means and resources to maintain the availability of the production process. With the support of the immediate manager, negotiate with maintenance customers the shutdowns of production channels, in cases of major impacts, in order to comply with the planning established by the company and contribute to the sustainability and growth of the business.
Main deliverables:
Monitor planned and unplanned, preventive and predictive corrective maintenance in the field and workshop, ensuring compliance with weekly schedules and emergency assistance;Define with the PCM team the priorities for implementing equipment and assets, the needs for spare parts, processes and criticality of events, negotiating stoppages or being supported by the immediate manager in cases of major impacts, in order to comply with the established planning and contribute to business sustainability and growth;Periodically contact current suppliers or develop new suppliers, discussing issues of repairs, improvements, innovations or replacements of equipment, seeking information on best practices and component technologies;Interact with the PCM team with the supply department to clarify technical capacity and/or meet the needs of the area, in order to define the service provider with the most appropriate technical capacity to carry out the proposed activity;Act strongly in people safety routines, participating in refresher training or receiving new guidance and disseminating to maintenance teams the instructions to be followed (standards, procedures, events or specific protections), in order to comply with the policies established by the company and regulatory standards, contributing preventively in the event of workplace accidents;Support the Production area in internal and external audits, providing information or presenting documents relevant to the Maintenance structure, in order to demonstrate compliance with standards and procedures in the area;Monitor service order entries daily after the end of maintenance technicians' activities, analyzing information on workload released, materials used and days worked, in order to check whether the order was correctly noted as carried out and guide the PCM in new necessary actions;Provide support to field and workshop teams, providing guidance in carrying out daily activities or in relation to posture (technique, work safety, etc. ), in order to comply with the determined execution, established deadlines, technical and quality specifications required;Provide interface with other Ingredion manufacturing units , at a regional level, requesting or providing support with information relevant to maintenance and exchanging experiences, seeking to innovate and improve processes, in order to use the best practices related to work in common with all involved;Select employees to join the maintenance team, evaluating performance, scheduling vacations, managing shifts and frequencies at work, providing guidance on technical and behavioral skills, controlling costs and promoting meetings to align the objectives to be achieved, in order to establish professional and professional development. career, as well as establishing a good organizational climate and retaining talent ;Monitor work orders at the execution site for critical equipment, both from a maintenance and operational point of view;Review P1A and P3M, ensuring that the weekly schedule of maintenance activities, as well as the execution of tasks, are aligned with these methodologies;Provide support to execution teams regarding information from the SAP-PM System, facilitating interpretation and analysis for decision making and standardizing the team's knowledge;Create, control, review and execute PDCA's of maintenance plans ( PM's ) in SAP;Manage maintenance KPIs and Dashboards;Calculate OEE and reliability KPIs for critical channels and equipment;Training:

$78,700.00-$104,966.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
