Job Title: Maintenance Planner | Dover, OH | $75,000-$90,000

Job Description

As a Maintenance Planner you will work on the 1st shift (Monday to Friday) in Dover, OH. This role involves maintenance planning, hands-on maintenance, scheduling, procurement, and parts management. The compensation for this role is competitive and dependent on experience.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule maintenance tasks.Conduct hands-on maintenance as needed.Procure parts, obtain quotes, and manage bidding processes.Understand and manage pipes, valves, and other components related to chemical manufacturing systems.Supervise and schedule a team of 16-20 maintenance personnel.Essential Skills5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.Proficiency with computers.Previous scheduling and procurement experience.Knowledge of parts such as pipes, valves, and bolts.Additional Skills & Qualifications8+ years in maintenance.Leadership skills.Experience with maintenance planning software.Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance.Experience with pipe fitting and parts inventory.Previous experience as a maintenance/production planner or scheduler.Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures.Promotable to a maintenance manager role.Why Work Here?
