**Job Title: Corporate Maintenance Planner**
**Job Description**
The Corporate Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities across multiple sites within the organization. The role involves implementing preventative maintenance plans, ensuring efficient communication between maintenance and operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support new projects by implementing new equipment PMs and introducing them into the CMMS.
+ Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
+ Standardize and prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that align with the organization’s maintenance goals across all sites.
+ Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations.
+ Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure timely, efficient, and quality service.
+ Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with the production schedule.
+ Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
+ Support the sites in establishing Maintenance Workforce Job Goals and objectives.
+ Support sites with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory.
+ Lead global updates to the CMMS.
+ Provide constant training to all sites on CMMS.
+ Administrator for all changes that take place across sites in CMMS.
+ Lead continuous improvement ideas on Preventative Maintenance Tasks.
+ Ensure compliance with the controlled document process.
+ Keeper of all maintenance records across all sites.
+ Utilize CMMS data to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each site on Maintenance KPIs.
+ Generate dashboards highlighting equipment maintenance status (i.e., MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion, etc.).
**Essential Skills**
+ Extensive working knowledge of CMMS systems.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others.
+ Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them.
+ Computer skills in MS Office Platform (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and knowledge of various CMMS software.
+ Strong attention to detail, precise, problem-solving and time management skills.
+ Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, related field or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 5 years of practical related planning experience within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Development and performance.

**Work Environment**
This role may require travel throughout Canada and the USA up to 20% of the time. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under time constraints. The position involves working with automated manufacturing equipment and technology in industries such as automotive.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
$78,000 - $82,000/year DOE
