**Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Planner** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of 1st Shift Maintenance Planner. This role is crucial in the development, implementation, planning, and documentation of preventative, predictive, and project maintenance strategies for all plant and facility equipment. The successful candidate will define and track maintenance schedules while meticulously monitoring and estimating associated hours, parts, and supply costs. Collaboration with Engineering partners and various levels of management is essential to establish a comprehensive maintenance program that ensures operational efficiency and reliability. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of fostering teamwork to achieve organizational maintenance objectives effectively. **Responsibilities** + Develop, implement, and document preventative, predictive, and project maintenance strategies for all plant and facility equipment. + Define and track maintenance schedules, monitoring and estimating associated hours, parts, and supply costs. + Collaborate with Engineering partners and various levels of management to establish a comprehensive maintenance program. + Foster teamwork to achieve organizational maintenance objectives effectively. **Essential Skills** + Industrial maintenance experience + Experience developing and planning predictive/preventative maintenance programs. + Comfortable creating and implementing policies, processes, and rules. + Experience bidding out programs/projects with Engineering partners and other locations. + Maintenance technician skills. + Schedule planning skills. + Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software. + Knowledge of predictive maintenance. + PLC troubleshooting experience. + Experience with Fanuc robotics. + Journeyman card. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Some form of Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. + Some kind of formal training in industrial maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, and 401k.
