This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment - Proficiency in eMaint (or similar CMMS) and SAP (or similar ERP system) - Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices - Familiar with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles - Familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements - Bachelor's Degree - Experience in Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing - Excellent organization and communication skills - Certifications in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or asset management null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
