Maintenance Planner
Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in planning and organization, and familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Planner **Location:** Colonial Heights, VA **Pay Range:** Up to $40/hr **What's the Job?** + Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes. + Oversee all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. + Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of work orders. + Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog. + Lead and direct the work of others while relying on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals. **What's Needed?** + Proficiency in SAP and Office 365. + Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and maintenance planning + Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with digital documentation. + Planning and organization skills in maintenance planning, project planning, or equivalent. + A bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity for a TEMP to HIRE role with potential for career growth. + Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and efficiency. + Gain experience in a dynamic industrial setting. + Contribute to the planning and execution of critical maintenance operations. + Engage in a role that values creativity and problem-solving.
