Position Summary: This role is responsible for planning and coordinating input activities for electrical craft maintenance in midstream groups, mostly focused on the Tioga Gas Plant maintenance group.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop maintenance task list and work packs for electrical corrective and preventative maintenance as well as modification project work. (job steps, work permit requirements, materials, equipment, resources, estimated costs). Build task lists in SAP for Electrical and instrumentation preventive work based on maintenance strategies and work instructions from Reliability Engineering. Update and continuously improve library of standard task lists and work packs. Engage contractor community to develop and continuously improve work plans. Ensure job plans are accurate and lead to efficient work execution by partnering with Electrical Craft Logistics Specialist Audit work execution and work history to make improvements to future job planning. Complete After Job Reviews of Electrical PMs and Electrical corrective work. Update and build electrical equipment BOMs Scope work when needed on Corrective Electrical Maintenance and Overhaul Projects.

 

Experience/Skills

Electrical maintenance experience required Planning experience preferred Knowledge of LEAN principles and tools Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP. Excell) Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment Must be able to interrogate rotating equipment control systems to assist with fault diagnosis Experience with the interpretation of technical operating manuals, drawing, catalogues, and reports to assist with fault identification and proactive management of fault rectification Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in at least 4 types of electrical equipment from below list: Rosemount transmitters Honeywell sensors and transmitters Temperature transmitters Vibration transmitters Commercial lighting class 1 div 1 Electric Motors Classified area wiring Fisher/ Emerson control valves Thermowells/ thermocouples

 

Education/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or technical degree preferred SAP or equivalent
