RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow and adhere to PCC’s Cardinal Rules of Safety and Cardinal Rules of Quality at all times. Daily coordination with SMP Wickliffe and Eastlake maintenance management on each plant’s needs and priorities.Ensure efficiency on closing work orders; understands what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete work orders.Prepare Preventative Maintenance (PM)/project plans that are in sync with the MaintiMizer scheduled dates.Order, receive, and supervise the required materials needed to support maintenance activities.Lead communication between maintenance and operations to ensure everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.Coordinate planned downtime to reduce mean time between failures and minimize the interference with production schedules. (Use maintenance KPIs to refine plans to drive for better results.)Work closely with the Maintenance Reliability Engineer to reduce equipment breakdowns.Responsible for gathering and preparing technical documentation including drawings (P&ID, schematics, etc.), specifications, spare parts lists, critical OEM operation manuals, and updates the MaintiMizer system; (PM tasks are correct, accurate time keeping, and detailed work notes.)Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.Must be available to support scheduled PMs, projects, and emergency repairs; (as needed; evenings, weekends, and holidays).Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance ManagerImplement and enforce safety measures to ensure all work is completed within safety guidelines.Develop Standardized Maintenance Plans for all maintenance work.Develop, Monitor and Update Asset Hierarchy and Bill of Materials.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
