Job Description:

About the Role: 

The Maintenance Planner role at the Dixon location supports operations projects, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.  You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: 

Managing the Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks in the system to ensure completion and appropriately allocating labor and deadlines based on the criticality of the task.  

Recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace.   

Understanding equipment and maintenance problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending appropriate actions are documented and assigned as needed.   

Supporting maintenance through troubleshooting issues, development of daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources. 

Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant maintenance planning needs, schedule flexing could be required but role is predominantly on 1st shift.  

About You: 

You’ll fit right in if you have: 

Strong knowledge of SAP or other maintenance tracking systems 

Strong communication skills at all levels of management 

Previous experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility - food manufacturing is a plus; Extra plus if you are familiar with aseptic processing
