The Maintenance Planner is part of a business unit manufacturing work system team and helps to improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts and materials and equipment. The planner has solid knowledge of the nature of work in a manufacturing environment including mechanical equipment. The successful candidate must be self driven and willing to work with a team of highly motivated individuals whose goal is excellence.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for daily and annual outage maintenance planning for a Production area of the mill. The successful candidate is capable of describing job and can estimate man-hours required for employees to perform the job. This individual must be able to effectively communicate with both hourly and salaried maintenance and production personnel on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Three of more years of maintenance planning experienced preferred Minimum of five years maintenance or planning experience Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of SAP is a plus Computer Knowlege: Microsoft office, CMMS, SAPSchedule:
Monday-Friday (7:-00am-3:30pm) This job requires weekend duty work on an eight week rotation, holidays included.
Pay Range: $84,170 - $112,195
