**Description** **Job Title:** **Maintenance Planning Supervisor** **Location: Manteca, CA** **Reports to: Plant Engineer** **Type of position: Full time, Salaried** **Role:** The role of the Maintenance Planning Supervisor is to improve workforce productivity and work quality within the Maintenance Department by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. **Responsibilities:** · Schedule work orders. · Implement and update PM’s. · Assure parts are available for work scheduled. · Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance. · Complete required paperwork. · Attend meetings as scheduled. · Full Supervisory Responsibilities as dictated due to departmental needs. **Skills and Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
