**Job Title: Maintenance Planner** **Job Description** Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities within the organization, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with the maintenance manager, and effective communication in both English and Spanish. **Responsibilities** + Plan and schedule all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. + Supervise the maintenance crew daily, providing instructions and working with the maintenance manager to achieve departmental goals. + Create work orders based on service requests and preventive maintenance findings. + Operate and maintain information within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). + Prioritize jobs based on asset criticality and resource availability. + Collaborate with outside vendors and OEMs to ensure necessary parts are available to complete assigned work. + Supervise maintenance technicians daily to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions to operations. **Essential Skills** + Bilingual in English and Spanish. + Maintenance experience and management background. + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Excellent communication and leadership abilities. + Proficiency in using CMMS or similar systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with SAP. + Background in industrial maintenance. + Experience with creating purchase orders. **If you're interested in this position, please connect with Melissa at (847) 580-2812.
