Maintenance Planning Clerk (Perry Harvest)

With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food. **Summary** The Planning Clerk provides administrative and technical support to the Planning Department. **Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Reporting directly to the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler or the Maintenance Superintendent, this position will be responsible for producing a variety of text, spreadsheet, and graphic documents, as well as preparing a variety of program reports and data products to funding sources, and other planning purposes. + Assists in the organization and management of various events and the department’s website. ​​​​​​​ + Collect and enter into CMMS all documented work performed by technicians + Prepare and post Weekly and Monthly Metrics for the maintenance department + Prepare any budget-related reports as required + Assist planner with development and evolution of the CMMS + Must be able to work independently in a busy, multitasking environment. ​​​​​​​ + Assist the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler with all aspects of the planning process. This may include but is not limited to: + Metrics Documentation (Spreadsheets, Word Document generation) + Technical Library Construction + Collection of Maintenance Paperwork​​​​​​​ + Data Entry **Minimum Education** + High School Diploma or GED **Experience Requirements** + Knowledge of Maintenance Software systems, MicroSoft products, and spreadsheet savvy, **Experience Preferred** **Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements** + Work environment includes, but is not limited to, a normal office environment and construction site as well as climate extremes found in a poultry processing operation and a wastewater treatment facility. + This position requires an associate to have the ability to move throughout the complex and all facilities. + This position requires an associate to be able to be exposed to all chemical found in a poultry processing operation and a wastewater treatment facility. + This associate must wear and/or use protective safety equipment required for the job and for various locations. + This associate must be able to travel to remote facilities and/or offices for meetings. _Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
