Responsible for activities involved with the Preventative Maintenance program and initiatives at the facility. Supports the alignment of maintenance activity with plant technical systems and helps ensure that maintenance activities are planned and supported to meet plant and corporate objectivities. The Maintenance Planner supports the plant operation for daily maintenance planning.
Responsibilities Develops detailed monitor preventative maintenance schedules and monitors preventative maintenance performance with Maintenance Manager, Supervisors, and Operations management to ensure maintenance performance tasks are effective and complete.Plan weekly maintenance performance Work Orders through PMC schedulingAssists MRO clerk with pre-kitting and staging parts for specific work ordersEnsures all equipment/machinery is entered into PMC. Creates and maintains machine bill of materials. Provide weekly/monthly work order analysis report to Maintenance ManagerDevelop, implement and execute Predictive/Preventive maintenance procedures and plansAssist to manage Maintenance costs through efficient use of resources. Stay within annual operating budgetReview weekly/monthly KPIs Apply reliability methodologies to drive enhanced asset performanceMonitor equipment performance, investigate asset failures, analyze data, and develop and execute action plans to improve asset reliabilityAnalyze, identify, recommend, and implement solutions for reducing production downtime and remove any non-value added activities. Identify and implement focused productivity opportunities. Duties may include directing mechanics.Follow and enforce all procedures as stated in GMP, safety standards, plant rules, and code of ethics.Other duties as assigned.
