Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:
This role oversees defense facilities, enlisted personnel, and civilian staff stationed on the East Coast of the United States. The project is responsible for ensuring material readiness, administration, training, and inspection of its units and squadrons, and for delivering operationally ready air squadrons and aircraft carriers to the fleet. Its mission is to provide combat-ready, sustainability with well-trained and equipped personnel, prioritizing readiness, operational excellence, interoperability, safety, and efficient resource management.
The group is tasked with delivering analytical maintenance and supply analyses and recommendations to enhance demand, cost, and readiness outcomes for defense forces. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join the project. This position focuses on providing maintenance subject matter expertise to address and resolve inefficiencies in supply chain, maintenance, and operational logistics that impact readiness and performance for sustained defense forces worldwide. The candidate will be instrumental in driving sustainable change within the maintenance community through strategic change management, corrective actions, and high-level client engagement.

Strong communication skills and leadership briefing experience Strong critical thinking/problem solving ability Active Secret clearance Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $161,000-$268,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
