Maintenance Program Manager

The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility. The Maintenance Manager must operate a comprehensive Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the Building, Building Systems and Equipment. The Maintenance Manager reports to the Sr. Facility Manager.

Supervisory Responsibility for the following Support Personnel:

Maintenance TradesFloor Care – Repairs and Paint StripingGeneral MaintenanceMedical Facility & First Aid

Understanding of Mechanical Systems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must have a valid Driver’s LicenseAbility to work in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Power PointExperience with systems such as Maximo, Corrigo, and Inventory preferred.High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.Completion of an applicable technical training program, desirableKnowledge of Hydraulic SystemsMust be able to operate all Mobile Equipment: Aerial lifts, Forklifts, Tuggers, Flatbeds, etc.
