Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, assigning, and tracking work orders for both corrective and preventive maintenance. This role includes managing maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and generating reports to analyze maintenance performance and costs.
ResponsibilitiesCreate, assign, and track work orders for corrective and preventive maintenance.Ensure all maintenance activities are logged and tracked for reporting and compliance.Develop maintenance schedules for preventive and corrective tasks based on asset criticality, workload, and resource availability.Align maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize downtime.Manage spare parts inventory and procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment.Ensure parts are available when needed to avoid delays.Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to order items cost-effectively.Generate reports and dashboards to analyze maintenance performance, asset reliability, and costs.Essential SkillsExperience with maintenance planning software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Proficiency in creating and managing work orders.Strong skills in maintenance planning and scheduling.Experience in purchasing and working with vendors.Knowledge of facility management and production planning.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production scheduling.Strong analytical skills for generating and interpreting reports.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Work Environment
This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week in an office setting within a manufacturing environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00
