Job Description
A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join their maintenance team in Riceboro, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing repetitive equipment failures across the plant by using root cause analysis to define issues, developing reports to track repetitive failures and keep up with the health of the equipment, and creating projects based on the reports to improve repetitive issues. Additionally, you will work with your team of mechanics and technicians, as well as the lead engineer, to identify failures and continuously mitigate issues. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000, based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
· 3-5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
· Experience with root cause analysis, reliability reports and tracking · Experience creating projects based on report data
· Experience utilizing reliability tools, such as IR scans, vibration sensors, and laser alignments
· Experience leading lubrication and vibration training programs for mechanics null
