**Job Title: Maintenance Repair Technician**
**Location:** Magna, UT
**Type:** Direct Hire – Permanent Position
**Shift:** 12-hour rotating shifts with built-in overtime
**Pay Rate:** $24-26/hr, depending on experience
**Job Overview:**
Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for a skilled Maintenance Repair Technician. This is a permanent position offering an opportunity to put your maintenance and repair skills to work, focusing on safety equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs in an industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform maintenance and upkeep of supplied air systems.
+ Clean, maintain, calibrate, and distribute gas monitoring equipment.
+ Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Manage inventory, including respirators, fire-retardant hoods, sleeves, and gas monitors.
+ Conduct inspections, testing, and repairs on safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, hoses, respiratory equipment, and safety showers.
+ Complete and submit accurate Technician Worksheets (TWS) and service reports.
+ Ensure compliance with state, OSHA, NFPA regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
+ Provide excellent customer service and address equipment discrepancies effectively.
+ Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
**Job Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Minimum of one year of related experience with relevant certifications.
+ Mechanically inclined with experience in inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing safety equipment.
+ Proficient in using hand tools and completing repairs in a timely manner.
+ Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL may be required for hazardous materials.
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend English for operational and process instructions.
+ Willingness to maintain certifications and licenses through continuing education.
**Physical Demands & Work Environment:**
+ Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various climatic conditions.
+ Potential exposure to hazardous environments requiring safety precautions and equipment.
+ Frequent lifting of items up to 55 lbs., climbing stairs up to 15 levels, and ladders up to 24 feet.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods, walk continuously, and perform bending, climbing, and stooping tasks.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
