This is a full-time position with HHS. that assists in the maintenance and repair of buildings on our campus. The Maintenance Repairer: + Performs repairs and installations on WRC building structures. + Performs scheduled preventative maintenance. + Actively participates in the update, repair, and remodeling of building interiors and exteriors. + Plans, schedules, coordinates, and completes work assignments. + Assesses and completes work orders as soon as possible. Follows up on work orders that have been started and not completed. Reports delays to Supervisor. + Performs related duties as required.
