Come join the DMVA team! DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for tasks across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry trades. Your duties will include both rough and finished carpentry, preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, and installing or repairing fixtures such as sinks and faucets. You will also be tasked with installing and replacing electrical panels, circuits, and lighting, as well as repairing air conditioning and heating systems. Additional responsibilities will involve snow removal and concrete or masonry repairs. Regular use and maintenance of both manual and power tools of the trade will be required.
