Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Specialist (Lawn Care and Irrigation)
Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist with a strong background in lawn care and irrigation systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces, ensuring that their lawns and irrigation systems are in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lawn care equipment and irrigation systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as winterizing irrigation systems and preparing lawns for spring growth
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lawn care and irrigation system maintenance
- Knowledge of various irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip systems, and controllers
- Familiarity with lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and edgers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

RequirementsQualifications:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years’ experience in the field of building maintenance that includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, and heating/air conditioning.
Preferred: Certificate of completion from building trades training program or apprenticeship program. Extensive experience in the building trades.
Knowledge: Ability to obtain a State driver’s and CDL license. Knowledge of building construction and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, etc. Obtain CPR and 1st aid Certification Ability to operate hand and power tools.
