We are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting KPI targets, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and leading the PM SAP module project. Responsibilities include developing training plans, managing breakdowns, controlling costs, following up on energy consumption, and ensuring a safe work environment.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, leadership skills, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life:

Supervise preventive maintenance schedules implementation

Supervise corrective maintenance implementation

Set up skill, equipment and failure analysis training plan

Supervise breakdown countermeasure implementation

Follow up energy consumption control

Validate energy saving activity

Control maintenance cost for spare parts, tools, instrument

Lead PM (Preventive Maintenance) SAP module project

Supervise all plant measuring devices calibration

Validate technical offers from suppliers & contractors

Provide monthly performance report

Who We’re Looking for:                                                                

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering

Strong knowledge of maintenance management system

3 years of experience in industrial field

Fluency in Arabic and English

Proficiency in MS Office

Time management skills
