Summary: Seeking a 2nd shift PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial automation machinery.
Job Requirements:
5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
Detailed knowledge of repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery
Experience with electronics (12VDC-460 VAC), hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls
Proficiency with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers
Preferred Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Hands-on experience with ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots
Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics
Understanding of safety circuits and basics of VFDs and Servo Drives
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components
Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation
Perform skilled repairs on mechanical, electrical systems and building systems
Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate repair requests
Identify parts needed for replacement and place orders as necessary
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
