Maintenance Specialist
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Maintenance Specialist for their Foster City, CA location Responsibilities: + Maintenance specialist role within the MOPS-PM team would play a key role in transitioning the maintenance management program from legacy systems to SAP while supporting the sustenance of maintenance related processes across MOPS teams. + The ideal candidate will have conceptual understanding of industrial asset management and maintenance processes. + As a maintenance specialist, cross functionally work with equipment engineers in developing and sustaining the maintenance data (asset information, maintenance tasks, schedules, MRO spare information etc,) for MOPS assets. You will develop best practices around maintenance data and coach stakeholders in following these best practices. You will also support in preparing review reports for the maintenance process across different teams to ensure the process compliance. + Collaborate with equipment engineers across MOPS teams to onboard the new equipment and tools in the asset management program. + Work closely with Asset management TPM to develop best practices to maintain the maintenance data. + Develop standardized maintenance codes for functional location, catalog profiles, failure codes, cause codes, and asset type. + Collaborate cross functionally to ensure maintenance data being uploaded in SAP PM and MM is complete, accurate, and adhering to established standards. + Prepare review reports across maintenance processes to ensure team’s compliance to processes. + Provide tactical maintenance execution support to teams lacking maintenance resources including maintenance vendor management, equipment installation, and commissioning. Requirements + BS in an engineering discipline. + 5+ years experience in administration of Computerized maintenance management systems. + 5+ years experience in industrial environment preferably automotive in reliability and maintenance domain. + Technical knowledge of equipment and tools used across the automotive industry in various sectors such as production, manufacturing, testing, and quality control. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated experience in preparing KPIs, dashboards, and reports in Google sheets. + Expertise in using Google suite, confluence, JIRA. + Strong document management and organization skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, Material master, and Enterprise warehouse management modules. + Strong understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies. Bonus Qualifications + Familiarity with 3DX and CATIA.
