Learn morehere **JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for performing a variety of routine to skilled maintenance, repair, and alteration tasks on equipment, structures and vehicles. Other duties include unscheduled and preventive maintenance, equipment and facility repair/alteration/operation, record keeping of tasks performed, replacement of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical component parts, and the movement of equipment, materials and supplies. In addition the maintenance specialist is responsible for reporting equipment, facility and safety, and vehicle problems observed throughout the Facility.
