Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist Level 5 to join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Specialist Level 5
**Location:** East Point, GA
**Pay Range:** $31.50 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
+ Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance projects as directed by the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor.
+ Document maintenance activities and report any issues or improvements to management.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair services.
+ Proficiency in various maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Commitment to safety and quality in all maintenance activities.
