Maintenance Sr. Technician (EBV)\n
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.\n
Essential Functions & Requirements: \n\nPerforms preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.\nFollows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.\nPerforms equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance.\nTroubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.\nLogs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.\nFollows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards.\nIndependence: Performs manual tasks according to established procedures.\nGeneral Profile: Requires basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process\nWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and\/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines\nWorks with close supervision\n\n
Education:\n\nVocational\/Technical Training Degree. (required)\nIn lieu of, have combination of relevant education &\/or experience. (required)\nAssociate's Degree. (preferred)\n\n
Experience: \n\n2-4 years' of related experience. (required)\nMaintenance or related discipline. (preferred)\n\n
