Maintenance Superintendent

This full-time, exempt position reports directly to the Grayling Mill Manager and is responsible for the safe coordination and oversight of the daily maintenance activities, and capital projects at Grayling.  This position is a key member of the Grayling leadership team.

The successful candidate will be a safety role model with excellent team skills and a proven ability to lead and develop people.  The role will improve mill performance according to set objectives and established goals for safety, quality, and process reliability.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $106,900 to $160,400 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
