As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

Responsibilities Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipmentPerform carpentry, painting, and track operationsEnsure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat conditionConduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logsParticipate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisorThis position requires the team member to drive company vehicles; the successful applicant will have an unrestricted driver’s licenseQualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory positionExperience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building tradesValid driver license with clean driving record.No college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paintAbility to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyExposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasonsShift Details
