Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the Maintenance team, which is responsible for preventive and operational maintenance for all equipment at the manufacturing plant located in Hilliard, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Supervises, motivates and prioritizes specific tasks for team members

Executes and maintains a robust preventive maintenance program

Seeks out opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency and productivity

Enforces all company safety policies and procedures

Monitors all team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers

Identifies, reports and corrects any maintenance problems immediately in areas such as electricity, water, hoses, and hydraulics

Ensures that all equipment serviced is left in a sanitary and safe condition, with all guards and safety devices in a place

* Please note, this role will report to our Hilliard facility on the west side of Columbus.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience leading a manufacturing maintenance department

Experience in Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatic, Forklift and Facility repair required

OSHA CFR knowledge required
