Job Summary
This onsite maintenance role at the Louisville, KY plant reports to the Maintenance Manager. The 2nd Shift Maintenance supervisor oversees the maintenance department, production lines and affiliated equipment. You will schedule work and resources to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system and work toward meeting the plant's safety and uptime goals. You will control maintenance expenses by managing overtime and parts expenses.
You will maintain the mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety and provide environmental security. You will maximize the plant's availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Other primary responsibilities include ownership of the plant's Preventive Maintenance activities; leadership of equipment performance tracking and repair/improvement prioritization; technical coaching of mechanical craftsmen; and engineering support of maintenance and capital projects.
Position Responsibilities
· Plan and schedule resources.
· Monitor downtime to support production efficiencies.
· Train, motivate and direct employees to follow safe work methods and standards
· Maintain a cooperative working relationship with USDA officials
· Oversee the purchase of supplies and repair parts with regard to quality
· Support the plant's safety program.
· Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and standards
· Assume full ownership of predictive and preventive maintenance activities including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
· Evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimum use of workforce and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
Position Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical engineering or other technical degree program.
· 3 years of previous maintenance experience required.
· Previous management experience required.
· Experience in food manufacturing environment.
· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence.
· Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs. Knowledge of Electronic and Electrical principals.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
