Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Our client, a leading player in the food production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift **Location:** Fairfield, OH **Pay Range:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience **What's the Job?** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within the facility. + Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and GMP. + Excellent leadership and communication skills. **What's in it for me?** + Free training to upgrade your skills, including a free college tuition program. + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. + 401k Savings Plan. + Referral Incentive. + Weekly Paycheck with direct deposit.
