You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: + Using CMMS (SAP PM) determine schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. + Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders in order to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers. + Audit work areas, examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules. IE–Audits include–5S, EHS, line start up, safety review. + Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job skill deficiencies. + Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation and monitoring departmental expenditures.
