SUMMARY

Global Precision Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for ECSPC, El Centro, CA 92243. Successful candidate oversees and coordinates the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems of similar complexity and size at the Project facilities. Works closely with the Production Control Clerk, Project Manager, Tool Room Specialist and Lead personnel to ensure all contract deliverables and administrative requirements are met. Responds to customer and customer representatives' inquiries and requests; may attend meetings.

$72,500 - $93,100 a year

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

3 years experience supervising maintenance workWorking Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Pass DHS/ICE facility access background check

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Self MotivatedDependableWorks well with others in team environmentGood communication skillsBasic Computer skills (Word, excel, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office/building/outdoor setting with exposure to outdoor elements. The work described herein is primarily inside and outside work environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises maintenance staff.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
