A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Supervisor: \n

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring The Arc Wayne Key Industries location is properly maintained and provide supervision for facilities staff. \n\nOversees maintenance systems like air handlers and boiler\nProvides supervision to facilities personnel and ensure staff complete all assigned tasks\nMaintains inventory of supplies and equipment \nWorks with contractor's as needed \nEnsures proper maintenance of equipment \nMaintains effective customer service and working relationships with staff, consumers and all others \nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Who We Are Looking For: \n\nAssociates degree with two years' experience in a residential and commercial building trade or similar experience. A combination of education and or experience may be considered. \nTwo years' supervisory experience\nValid New York State Driver License that meets Agency driver standards \n\n

You are organized, have great communication skills and provide excellent customer service.\n

Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm with flexibility to meet program needs \n
