Maintenance Supervisor

**Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a position in St. Albans, VT**
**The Maintenance Supervisor will provide direction and supervision to maintenance employees to ensure effective service delivery in line with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws. Act as a resource and escalation point for direct reports, coaching and mentoring team members while supporting their performance development.**
****Key Responsibilities:****
**- Prioritize and assign daily jobs and work orders, providing clear direction to maintenance staff.**
**- Ensure the team understands work practices and safety procedures.**
**- Assist the Maintenance Manager in completing preventative maintenance tasks on time.**
**- Support and implement preventative maintenance programs, making adjustments as necessary.**
**- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency maintenance requests.**
**- Oversee repairs and maintenance of all plant equipment.**
**- Maintain records and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.**
**- Ability to work independently.**
****Qualifications:****
**- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.**
**- 2-5 years of maintenance or related experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.**
**- Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.**
**- Certifications or licenses in electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing preferred.**

**70k-75k per year**
