Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are urgently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities: - Train the maintenance technician team - Complete all tool tasks (hand tools, training, CMMS) - Assign maintenance responsibilities along with maintenance goals and PM's - Instruct and oversee line calls, projects, and breakdowns - Order parts necessary for maintenance jobs - Oversee work orders and ensure their timely completion - Recommend equipment replacements based on the CMMS - Supervise activities and repairs to ensure a safe work environment - Provide daily shift reports - Investigate cost avoidance and savings opportunities - Collaborate closely with other managers **Hard Skills** + Maintenance Supervision + Leadership Experience + Experience Training **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana. **Work Environment** Climate controlled manufacturing facility. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
