**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts with a salary range of $70-80k. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading an effective team to ensure high quality, productivity, and morale. Key responsibilities include planning and holding meetings, conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing levels, assisting with career development, and providing feedback to employees. The role also involves directing training and orientation, maintaining compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, interfacing between management and union officials, and handling grievances. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with company policies, scheduling production and work teams, reviewing production and operating reports, inspecting machines and equipment, and promoting EHS and continuous improvement initiatives. **Hard Skills** + Team supervision + Performance appraisals + Staffing management + Training and orientation + Compliance with collective bargaining agreement + Production scheduling + Machine and equipment inspection + EHS promotion **Work Environment** This role is based in one of our client's production facilities, which includes 8 plants.
