Weyerhaeuser’s Dodson, LA Lumber mill is currently searching for a talented leader to fill our Maintenance Supervisor role to lead our Maintenance Team. This role will report to the site Maintenance Manager.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will role model Weyerhaeuser’s core values of safety, integrity, citizenship, sustainability, and inclusion by working with other leaders and your team to create a positive environment with open, honest communication among associates. You will plan and lead the daily activities of a team of millwrights, electricians, and mechanics in the areas of safety, quality, and reliability focused maintenance practices. You will also be responsible for leading team meetings trainings, identifying safety, environmental, quality production issues, coordinating activities with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost, and reducing waste while proactively addressing reliability concerns. Additionally, you will lead the team by proactively resolving employee issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,703 – $100,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
