**Maintenance Supervisor - Join Our Team in St. Albans,Vermont!**
_Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and education_
_Location: Vermont_
_Shifts: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (3 pm-12 am) or 3rd shift (11 pm-8 am)_

**About the Role:**
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations on either the 2nd or 3rd shift, supervising a team of four maintenance technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a part of a team that focuses on improving plant operations and culture.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Supervise and Lead** : Manage and support a team of four maintenance technicians per shift, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
+ **Maintenance and Troubleshooting** : Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, diagnose and repair issues, and ensure smooth operation of all machinery.
+ **Promote a Mentoring Culture** : Act as a mentor and coach to your team, focusing on professional development and creating a positive workplace culture.
+ **Ensure Smooth Operations** : Work to improve efficiency and reduce downtime in a plant that operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ **Preferred Background:** Experience in food manufacturing is highly desirable. A mechanical background is a plus.
+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED required. An undergraduate degree is not necessary.
+ **Personality:** A "people person" with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys mentoring and coaching team members.
