Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Maintenance Team in Greenville, NC. This role will report to the site Maintenance Manager.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan and lead the daily activities of a team of millwrights, electricians, and mechanics in the areas of safety, quality, and reliability focused maintenance practices. You will also be responsible for leading team meetings trainings, identifying safety, environmental, quality production issues, coordinating activities with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost, and reducing waste while proactively addressing reliability concerns. Additionally, you will lead the team by proactively resolving employee issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $77,245 – $115,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
