Maintenance Supervisor
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the second shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in food manufacturing. **Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor **Location:** Gainesville, Georgia **Pay Range:** $70,000-$80,000 with 10% bonus **What's the Job?** + Mentor, train and motivate employees to optimize their performance & personal growth + Ensure all regulations relating to safety, security, GMP, sanitation, discipline, etc. are adhered to, and that breaches in policy are communicated to appropriate management + Assign and ensure completion of work orders for the Maintenance Technicians + Communicate performance standards to employees, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems + Facilitate employee meetings, including employee training.
