Play a critical role in supporting a manufacturing company that is a top leader in preparing fresh foods for top grocery stores when you become a maintenance supervisor at their main location in Medina, OH. What matters most as a maintenance supervisor:Pay starting between $35-$45 based on experience.3rd shift schedule 11pm-7:30amGreat Company CultureCompany Matching 401(K)Comprehensive Insurance PlansGenerous Paid Time OffFun company sponsored events Your new role as a maintenance supervisor:Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Review and approve timecards and vacation requests.Promote and enforce safety protocols and company policies within the maintenance team.Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize production downtime.Coordinate with the production and sanitation teams to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and resolve potential safety or operational issues.Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and relevant documentation.Ensure accuracy of technician work orders. Work orders should include all spare parts and materials used, as well as thorough and accurate descriptions of work completed. What you need as a maintenance supervisor:High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in a food production or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with troubleshooting expertise.Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and inventory management. Your Career Partner:Veteran-founded and family-owned, The Reserves Network specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
