Responsibilities Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures. Supervises maintenance personnel in maintaining machines and equipment. Plans and maintains maintenance schedules along with day to day breakdown repair management.Provides technical advice and training to production and maintenance personnel. Participates in recommending purchase of new capital equipment, plant layout, production methods, material handling, and parts inventory. Manages the installation of new and used equipment. Coordinates with ISO standards for preventative machine maintenance and complies with documented procedures. Coordinates new automation equipment with production personnel. Arranges and coordinates outside contractors. Manages the upkeep of recommended building and ground repairs. Other duties as assigned.Able to be a working Supervisor to contribute to the success of the plant production.  Qualifications High School Diploma plus 5+years on-the-job training or technical training in mechanical and electrical fields. Ability to read all types of drawings. Good troubleshooter and able to use multimeter to diagnose electrical issues.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to stand or walk entirety of shift.Works in manufacturing and/or office environment as well as outdoors in all temperatures.
