This national client is well-known in the service & hospitality industries. Due to growth seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the maintenance staff at its plant in central MA. Primary duties include: + Supervise, train and mentor Maintenance staff on respective shift. + Responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance on large commercial grade cleaning machines to include installations, repairs and modifications. + Responsible for maintenance of facility and surrounding areas. Provide reports to Maintenance Manager and Production/Plant Manager. Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor position in MA will possess the following + Associates degree in Electro-technology, vocational technical training or military (technical) training. + 3+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced manufacturing or processing facility/plant. + 2+ years managing/leading maintenance staff + Must be able to pass technical assessment (electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting skills, etc.) Salary range $89,000-100,000/yr.
